Gather together a group of friends interested in practicing mindfulness, and I will come to you in the Toronto area. A minimum of seven people, at a cost of $10 per session — free to the host, in a series of seven meetings, one hour long. My sessions are not silent. We practice visualization and learn techniques to manage stress and improve cognition, with quiet periods in between transitions.
